Polestar

We supported Polestar’s US launch and IPO across digital and social channels, with ongoing work in partnership with the brand’s US clients focused on building local relevance and tapping into the passionate community around a pioneering Swedish EV company that has quickly risen to become Tesla’s fiercest competitor.

Babylon Health

Babylon Health is a digital healthcare company combining a digital-first platform with high quality, virtual clinical operations to provide integrated, personalized healthcare. Today the company supports a global patient network across 15 countries, operating in 16 languages.

We partnered with CMO to bring brand to the US market, collaborating on translating brand mission, strategy, and delivery for a new territory. This included establishing a US-based marketing team.

Crocs

“Come As You Are,” encouraging everyone to be comfortable in their own shoes, is the mantra guiding Crocs’ transformation from polarizing shoe to must-have fashion, and it was fueled by a social marketing strategy focused on connect with young, tech-savvy consumers through creative, authentic storytelling that they resonated with.

We analyzed social marketing landscape and the company’s social operations in two other growth markets for the brand – China and the UK – to expand the social media success from the US, Crocs’ home market, working in partnership with the in-house team at Crocs, based in Colorado, US.


Caesars Sportsbook

We built and ran integrated social media campaign to launch Caesars Sportsbook, as Caesars Entertainment announced its sports betting presence with a celebrity-filled introductory ad campaign and US-wide digital media coverage. This included building out organic social presence to extend the launch campaign, tapping into community and conversations to build out a role for Caesars in the natural rhythm of relevant sporting events.

iRobot

iRobot designs and builds innovative home robots, including the Roomba robot vacuum and the Braava family of mopping robots.

We partnered with the brand team to enable a refocus on existing customers, after a long period of new customer acquisition programs. This was built around an always-on social approach to enable iRobot to listen, learn and respond to the signals their customers share, to earn their lasting loyalty, proactively engage them through the brand lens, while taking customer care-related social conversations to dedicated handles, thus enhancing the customer experience.

Fiverr

Fiverr's mission is to change how the world works together. Fiverr connects businesses with freelancers offering digital services in 500+ categories.

We work in partnership with Fiverr’s executive team on personal brand building, researching, and delivering cross channel counsel, thought leadership and connections.


Nike Yoga

We developed social strategy for the launch of Nike Yoga, focusing on creating a standalone digital magazine on Instagram to support the launch of Nike’s own yoga line and app-based exercise programming. Our focus was on building genuine connections, relationships, and trust with the channel’s audience to foster a lasting community around the Nike Yoga brand.

KADA Clothing

KADA is a sustainable clothing line offering elevated essentials to real women.

Our project included building a multi-platform marketing strategy including social media, content, advocacy and word of mouth, PR, website, paid media, email, influencer, creators and partnerships.

The Metals Company

The Metals Company is a deep-sea minerals exploration company, producing metals from polymetallic rocks to power electric vehicles.

We partnered with founders and brand team to launch The Metals Company in the run up to and including the company’s IPO. This included focus on key audiences, channels, tactics, messaging, spheres of influence programming, word-of-mouth activation and media partnerships.


Basil Hayden

Basil Hayden is a small-batch, rye-heavy bourbon.

This project supported Basil Hayden’s overall social media strategy, building a detailed social media playbook and content execution plan as the brand geared up to launch new products in the US market.

Earth Animal

Earth Animal offer healthy, all-natural pet products – from veterinarian formulated dog foods and pet treats, to pet remedies, and supplements for both dogs and cats. Working with the CMO, we delivered an extensive digital marketing audit across all digital properties to glean key learnings to be applied to the brand’s marketing strategy and annual planning.

Northwestern Mutual

Northwestern Mutual is an American financial services mutual organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with offices in New York.

We worked with the integrated marketing team, across social media, performance marketing, influencer, media and comms. This included spearheading an internal and external diversity initiative; executing content strategy and asset creation in support of NM’s COVID-19 response strategy and driving crisis management response around events of 2020 including BLM.


Ford

We worked on social media strategy and comms planning with Ford’s communications teams to build awareness in California of Ford’s stance on emissions ahead of the 2020 CARB Signing.

Express Clothing

This project was a full redesign of retailer’s customer loyalty strategy, creating modern membership at the heart of a 30-year old brand. This connected program launch to the retailer’s philanthropic efforts, the Dream Big Fund, and focused on mobilizing customers around it online.

Spotify

We partnered with Spotify Premium, as assignment that included building social strategy for teams around the world, developing rapid response social engagement around Spotify Wrapped, and exploring Spotify’s approach to TikTok.


LIFE TIME FITNESS

With over 160 athletic country clubs and offerings for everyone from 90 days to 90 years, Life Time’s comprehensive ecosystem goes beyond the idea of “fitness” to encompass all aspects of well-being. We partnered with the Life Time team to support the large fitness club chain as it evolved its business from premium gym to members-only, social athletic country club.
